Museum Event Spaces

The Museum of Aviation is a great place to hold your next special event, meeting or private gathering. We have several hangars and meeting facilities for a reasonable charge. Rates depend on location within the museum. Please contact the museum for availability and rate.

Century of Flight

The Century of Flight is our largest facility that can accommodate up to 700 guests. This spacious facility has a unique stage and aircraft that provide a themed backdrop for wonderful events. Great for large Wedding Receptions, Vendor Fairs, Banquets & Conferences.
Cocktail- 700 guests
Sit Down- 600 guests

Hangar One

The facility is great for luncheons and receptions. Air Force aircraft adorn this facility making it ideal for banquets and meetings. We've held a number of Conferences, Class Reunions, and Receptions in Hangar One.
Maximum Capacity: 200 guests

Art Gallery

A more intimate feel is achieved in the gallery for luncheons and dinners. The Art Gallery overlooks the Rotunda of the Eagle Building and has famous historic artwork on display. Private dinners, executive lunches, and cocktail parties work perfectly in this location.
Maximum Capacity: 75 guests

Rotunda

Lobby area of the museum Eagle Building that is centered around our F-15 aircraft. After hours socials are perfect in this location.
Maximum Capacity: 200 guests

Robert L. Scott Theater

Theater style seating with a huge projection screen. Seminars and conferences are a great fit in this facility.
Maximum Capacity: 240 guests

Freedom Park

Freedom Park is a great place to have a picnic while exploring the museum grounds. 5 pavillions available for use. Each has 4 picnic benches underneath, and has electrical support.
Maximum Capacity: 40 guests per pavillion
